This six-acre site was designed and built to resemble a rustic setting in Southern Italy. Two (2) separate structures flank this North Scottsdale site, featuring a 5,000 SF shell "Gallery" building for future lease / tenant space, and a 20,000 SF high-end restaurant and event venue designed to resemble an aging Southern Italian villa. The project featured individual dining rooms comprised of architectural finishes meant to distinguish one room from the other, including an exhibition kitchen featuring the wood burning oven, covered terraced dining patios flanking the exterior of the restaurant with sweeping vistas of Pinnacle Peak and the Valley and an expansive stone courtyard. Other finishes included layered wood and tile ceilings throughout, a vaulted ceiling in the bar constructed of hand-hewned wood beams, interior stone walls, Venetian stucco and a limestone see-through fireplace flanking the main dining room.
