New construction of two-, three- and four-story buildings that house 342 apartments. This wood-frame community features an internal, private street, onto which many of the buildings face. The street features parallel parking on both sides, sidewalks, tree lawns and walk-up entries into many of the units. Two (2) distinct amenity areas are located within the project; one near the focal leasing center, at the entry to the site, and the other within the enclosing arms of the large four-story building at the project’s center. A central pedestrian circulation path leads residents through the site to the adjacent retail shops, where a special outdoor plaza accentuates the entry point.
