Adaptive reuse of a two-story Class A office with a high-end residential feel, including 17,372 SF of office space, 8,686 SF of garage and basement TI and 26,320 SF of parking lot improvements. Improvements include custom archways with groin vaults, ornate ceiling molding, venetian plaster, stone columns, custom arch doors entries for the boardroom and library and an assembly room with operable wall partitions for annual board meetings. Additional areas to highlight include a full prep kitchen for catered events, wall-to-wall library units, a trustee lounge area and the main entry that recognizes and features historical paintings of Virginia G Piper. The second floor consists of offices, a kitchen with lounge area, file storage rooms and an equipment room. In total, this project features over 100 interior finish types. Exterior renovation includes a patio addition, fountain renovation, garage exhaust system addition, automatic coiling doors, new stucco finish, paint and new featured landscaping throughout the site and balconies.
