New construction of the ASU Barrett Honors College on Arizona State’s main campus. This "campus within a campus" boasts a seven-building, 563,000 SF area consisting of six (6) residential towers: three (3) seven-story, two (2) six-story and one (1) four-story, plus a multi-level (one-, two- and five-story) multi-use building that includes residential, classrooms, offices and a student dining facility. The project adds 601 residential units with 1,720 beds for the use of students enrolled in the Barrett Honors program. The Barrett campus features a sustainable living community, with low-consumption plumbing fixtures, enhanced energy monitoring, a green roof and an organic garden offering students the opportunity to study and experience sustainable living concepts. Their forward-thinking recycling program has exceeded expectations, achieving a recycling rate of 92.6%, or 7,432 tons.
