Two-phase renovation of occupied office space in CSAA’s existing two-story building near 53rd Avenue & Bell Road. The renovation of both the first and second floor featured complicated demolition between floors to create a large structural opening, and the addition of four (4) skylights in the existing roof. Reconstruction of the renovated space included high end millwork – featuring an architectural butte tiered type seating – as well as zip rooms, hydro bars, open and executive office space, expressive ceiling and light fixtures, upgraded electrical and plumbing, restroom and shower renovation, and high end finishes throughout. The revamped space includes many marker boards, wall coverings, and fabric wall panels to create a class A office look. The existing NOC (Network Operations Center) and data center remained operational throughout construction.
