This renovation of the dining room and kitchen involved completely gutting the existing kitchen area, tripling its original size and expanding the basement underneath the new structure. The addition to the building required the relocation of all electrical, water and sewer services. Since originally built, the country club had been incorporated into the city limits, making it necessary to bring numerous items up to code. The new basement area included an employee lounge and locker area, golf bag storage and a conference room. The new kitchen featured all tile floors and walls, new stove hoods, walk-in refrigerators and freezers and a new loading dock. A bar and service area were added to the remodeled dining area. Site work featured new walks, steps, retaining walls and cart paths to the course.
