Full gut and remodel within a historic building on Central and Camelback in midtown Phoenix. The new space features an indoor dining room, restrooms and outdoor covered patio with misting system and ceiling fans. The full commercial kitchen includes a walk-in cooler / freezer, griddles, fryers, custard machine, ice machine, the infrastructure for soda, beer and wine service and an oil recovery system by RTI.
